Monday to Friday role, 45 hours per week.
This role will require some flexibility to meet the requirements of our customers.
You’ll be a key part of the Installs and Operations teams, once our sales team have passed over the job to the project team, we arrange the installation this can be anything from a few planted trees, full office fit out with plants both live and replica, planting displays to full moss and living walls and everything in between. It is vital that we ensure our installations are completed in full and on time, we have a depot in North London where you will operate from.
This role requires flexibility, organisational skills, and a high degree of customer service as you will need to communicate with the client and staff around the site. Having won the business, the Installations team are responsible for ensuring that every job is delivered as per the customer requirements before being handed to the Maintenance team for ongoing maintenance.
The Person
Self-motivated, efficient, and able to manage your time and workload; you will also need to have excellent people skills. As the face of Plant Plan, you will need to give exceptional customer service, be a friendly ‘face’, and conduct yourself as a true ambassador for the company at all times by prioritising our customers needs and representing our values.
The role is very hands on and includes lifting/moving heavy items. You will need to have an interest in plants and enjoy working with them, along with strong organisational skills and a desire to learn. A willingness to act on initiative and the ability to work to tight deadlines are a must.
You will be a solution-focussed individual, providing a top-level service at all times, with a desire to do whatever it takes and you will take pride in your work and a job well done.
Previous experience in commercial office planting would be desirable and being part of a plant installations team would also be a distinct advantage as we want you to hit the ground running. Working knowledge of using hand tools and fixing methods will be vital.
