Exterior Planting Maintenance Technician

• Responsible for the maintenance of our clients external planting requirements including external spaces, roof terraces, urban gardens, living walls, etc.

• Watering, weeding, seasonal pruning and planting.

• Hedge cutting, lawn mowing and border edging.

• Irrigation installation, maintenance and repair.

• Assisting in the control of pest and disease.

• Logging all visit information on Plant Plan IT systems, reporting issues or concerns at the earliest possible opportunity to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to and any incidents are reported at the first available opportunity.

• Be punctual and professional at all times, providing exceptional customer service.

• Present a clean, tidy and professional appearance, ensuring all equipment is kept clean and in good working order and workspaces are clean and organised.

Essential:

• Proven experience in external plant maintenance.

• Proven horticultural experience and comprehensive plant knowledge.

• Experience using/maintaining irrigation systems..

• Experience using necessary equipment e.g. lawn mowers, hedge cutters, etc.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a can-do and flexible attitude.

• Exceptional customer service skills - an ambassador for Plant Plan, our culture and values.

• You must hold a valid UK driving license.

• You must be able to operate from our North London base in Enfield.

Preferred:

• Horticulture qualification.

• PA1 & PA6.

• IPAF & PASMA.
