The Brief

When Eon-Next launched their new offices in Leicester, they aimed to create a workspace that differed from its parent brand and aligned with its youthful company culture and workforce. The vision was to foster an environment that promotes collaboration and creativity while providing a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors alike.

To achieve this, the design needed to incorporate elements that reflect the company's dynamic and forward-thinking ethos, which required a fresh approach to the office layout and aesthetics.

What we did

We collaborated with the fit-out contractor to develop a planting scheme that complements the building's minimalistic aesthetic. Utilising natural planters and a design-led planting mix, we integrated greenery throughout the space. A standout feature was the incorporation of moss walls covering the columns, spreading throughout the office. This design choice aimed to bring nature-inspired elements into the work environment, showcasing prominent biophilic design principles and creating a visually appealing atmosphere for employees.

Outcome and Feedback:

Since the installation of the planting scheme, Eon-Next has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from employees. The lush greenery and moss walls have transformed the workspace into a calming environment that promotes well-being and creativity.
