Plant Plan’s policy is to respect the privacy of visitors to our Website.  This policy describes how we gather, use and store information from site visitors.

Our Web server recognizes each visitors domain name and we collect these names of visitors to our site for the purpose of system administration.  Domain names do not provide us with personal information.  Our site does not track, distribute, or collect personal information about yourself unless you voluntarily input this information on the Contact Us page.  Any data built up is used collectively to compile statistics on how our visitors to the site are using the site, and to help in the development of the site.  By voluntarily providing information about yourself you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this policy.

How we use information

The personally identifiable information we do collect is used for internal purposes such as improving our products, learning about customer needs, and contacting consumers for research, informational, and marketing purposes.  Unless other recognized by law, or pertinent to a judicial or governmental investigation, data is not shared with other organisation or persons, other than to other organisations or persons assisting us in collecting or analysing this information.  Any information submitted to Plant Plan by a Website user shall be deemed to be non confidential, and free to be used in accordance with the policy rules outlined above..
